Under the terms of Art. 13 of Lgs. Dec. 196 of 30 June 2003, and in relation to the personal data that concern you and that are to be processed, Fimit Sgr informs you of the following:

1. Purposes and methods of the data processing
Your personal data (henceforth the "Data") are processed to enable you to make use of the information and commercial services provided by Fimit Sgr through its website; in particular, in the case of your consent, the Data will be processed for the transmission of news regarding the Company and the Funds it manages, information regarding the present site and commercial information on the business of the Company and of the Funds managed.
The data processing is carried out using electronic instruments or paper media and methods in keeping with the purposes for which the data are collected and, in any case, so as to guarantee the security of the said Data.
The data you supply will not be divulged, communicated to third parties, or transferred abroad.
In relation to the Data you have the rights pursuant to Art. 7 of Lgs. Dec. 196 of 30 June 2003, listed below:
a. right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data, even if not yet recorded, and to obtain the communication in an intelligible form;
b. right to obtain an indication:
- of the origin of the personal data;
- of the purposes and methods of the processing;
- of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the use of electronic instruments;
- of the identification data of the data controller, data managers and designated representative under the terms of Art . 5, para. 2;
- of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become cognizant of them as designated representative in the territory of the State, of managers or appointees;
c. right to obtain:
- the updating, rectification or, if you so choose, completion of the data;
- the cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or blocking of any data processed in violation of the law, including those which do not need to be stored, in relation to the purposes for which the data are collected or subsequently processed;
- attestation that the operations in the two previous points have been made known, including as regards their content, to those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except when such a formality is found to be impossible or entails the use of means manifestly disproportionate with respect to the right protected;
d. right to object, wholly or in part:
- for legitimate reasons to the processing of the personal data that concern you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
- to the processing of the personal data that concern you for the purpose of transmission of advertising or direct selling material or for the performance of market research or commercial communication.

2. Nature of the conferment of the data and consequence of possible refusal
Conferment of the Data on your part is optional, with the sole exception of the indication of your e-mail address; if you do not provide this address, Fimit Sgr will not be able to provide you with the information and commercial services as above.
